The hotel is conveniently located near Waikiki Beach and the Ala Moana Center, offering easy access to the city center and nearby attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials. The service is exceptional, with helpful staff and pleasant surprises like fresh cookies for the kids. However, there were unexpected charges like a resort fee for a non-resort property.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a large balcony offering a stunning view of the mountains. The service was top-notch, some of the best I've ever encountered in my travels, although there was a slight hiccup when we wanted to order off the menu. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping. The dining options were great, especially the buffet breakfast, but a bit pricey if you're not a Hilton Honors member. Overall, a wonderful experience.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being at the top end of the strip close to Ala Moana center. The dining options were a bit pricey, especially if you were not a higher tier Hilton Honors rewards member, but the Swiss cheese was a tasty treat. Though the shaded area can get wet, the hotel is close to Waikiki Beach and other attractions, making it a great spot for a last-minute Christmas trip to Honolulu.

The service was friendly overall, with a few exceptions during breakfast ordering. The location, although not meeting Hilton standards, is still convenient and close to attractions. The dining experience was okay with hustling staff, and the facilities are efficient.
This hotel is centrally located in Waikiki Beach, close to restaurants, surfboard rentals, and shops, making it a great spot to explore the area. The rooms are unique, but my experience might have been isolated, leaving me slightly disappointed. The service was accommodating overall, except for a minor inconvenience with a waiter during breakfast. The location felt safe and child-friendly, yet the parking fees were a bit steep.
